Subject to availability of seats, students mayavail bus facility as per existing rules and fares.
Bus fees also will have to be remitted along with tuition fees.
Students are expected to be on the right side of their bus stops along with escortingperson at least five minutes before the arrival of the bus.
Buses will not wait for late comers.
The drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stop only, unless,otherwise directed by the transport incharge.
Objects of any kind must not be thrown inside or outside the bus.
Commutersare not allowed to change school buses or go by other means of transportwithout written permission from the Principal/Vice Principal.
The driver's attention must not be diverted for any reason. If any such case comesto notice bus facility may be cancelled.
Indisciplinary behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Fine willbe charged if students are held responsible for any damage to bus.
Parents ofsuch students, who are availing bus facilities will be fully responsible forany mishappening incidents/accidents during the journey performed fromresidence to School & back to home from School. Management will not beresponsible in any case.
The Parents should ensure that Transportation of their wards to and from the school is comfortable andsmall kids of Nursery to class XI are properly escorted, boarded and receivedpersonally at the bus stop.
Everystudent will go home only by authorised transport or with the authorised escortof their own. Regarding authorisation ofescort, parents are requested to submit a written authorisation letter with thephotograph and signature of the escort person. The school should be informed immediately in writing about the change ofauthorised escort.
Aresponsible person from the school is on duty in every vehicle with a mobilephone to keep connectivity with the school office. Please note down thetelephone numbers of the respective bus in-charges, from the school office.
Parentsare requested to ensure that the student is escorted to and from the bus stop.The escort must be at the stop 5 to 10 mins before arrival of the bus.
Eating inthe buses or littering is not permitted.
Strictdiscipline must maintained in the buses while travelling to school. Behaviourin the bus should be courteous. Talking aloud and moving around is notpermitted. More than one complaint of indiscipline in the bus will result inwithholding/withdrawing the transport facility of the child.
Asuggestion book is placed in all school vehicles, to be used by parents forlodging any suggestion/complaint, as and when required. Such exercise will provide us the necessary inputsto upgrade the existing system. Parents are requested not to enter the bus anddisrupt the functioning of transport.
Students will be held responsible and punished for any damage to buses caused bynegligence or vandalism and fined accordingly.
